Celtic Pharma’s mission is to be the premier global private equity firm focused on pharmaceuticals and biological drugs.

Celtic seeks to:

• Acquire ownership or controlling stakes in differentiated and commercially attractive pharmaceutical products in the late stages of clinical and regulatory development;
• Build real value with these assets by driving them through the final stages of the drug approval process, employing its in-house “virtual pharma” model of drug development infrastructure; and
• Achieve extraordinary returns for its investors by monetizing these important and innovative drugs as launch-ready assets through transactions with major pharmaceutical companies, the larger biotechnology companies and/or the capital markets.
