Celtic Pharma Management L.P. does not maintain a single Scientific Advisory Board but prefers to consult leading experts in Clinical Advisory Panels targeted to the different therapeutic categories represented by the drugs within our portfolio or those being assessed for acquisition. Celtic Pharma has been able to attract some of the most eminent clinicians in their fields internationally. We believe that it is particularly important to recognize that the practice of medicine often differs between the US and Europe and we are sure to attract experts from both sides of the Atlantic to each of our panels. These panels are invited to provide advice on products Celtic Pharma examines for potential acquisition as well as the design and conduct of clinical trials; once acquired, the same panel remains linked with the project to review progress and provide ongoing advice.
